This is how you clear a Failure to Fire/Feed

Smack and Rack or Tap and Rack

- if nothing ejects it was most likely a failure to feed
- if something ejects it was most likely a failure to fire
- if the slide locks to the rear when you perform the manipulation the operator was most likely engaging the slide release/stop preventing the slide from locking to rear indicating that it was out of ammo
